Our policy lasts 14 days. We provide easy returns of our products in the form of store credits only, which can be used for your new purchases in our online store.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in original purchase condition, and its packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Affected item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it.
To complete your return:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with information and snapshots on the affected item.
- We will contact you based on your information to confirm on the return.
- After the confirmation, kindly send the item back to us with the invoice attached at 80 Changi Road, #05-03, Centropod, Singapore 419715. We strongly encourage you to use registered mail as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged mail.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3-5 working days to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. We will credit the store credit back to your account if the return is approved. Do note that shipping charges are not refundable.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns. Items sent back to us without prior notification to us will not be entertained.
Please do not send the affected item back to the manufacturer or distributor.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
